Volunteer Roles
Event Stewards
Play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment at our events. You’ll:
- Greet and guide participants and audiences
- Assist with registration, ticketing, and venue logistics
- Support accessibility and safeguarding needs
- Help ensure smooth transitions between performances

Planning & Admin Support
Help shape the behind-the-scenes success of our festival and year-round programming. You might:
- Assist with scheduling, bookings, and venue coordination

Workshop & Performance Assistants
Support the delivery of creative sessions and performances that empower participants. You’ll:
- Help set up and pack down spaces
- Assist facilitators and support participants
- Encourage confidence and creativity in young performers
- Ensure safety and inclusivity throughout

Marketing & Social Media Volunteers
